Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty while our cloud product customer base is growing every year.
The Project Manager & Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and training for our enterprise on-premise software, axiUm. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building solid relationships with our clients by providing them with an exceptional service experience through well-developed tools and a robust customer-centric attitude. Key traits include having a sense of urgency and ownership, and the need to provide accurate, timely solutions. In this role you’re leverage your project management and consulting skills.

This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in office per week, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Plan, manage, and oversee the entire software implementation lifecycle from initiation to project closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and avoid delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data migration team, product team, developers, quality assurance, and support staff, to ensure alignment and project success.
• Manage client expectations through regular status updates, documentation, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Implementation:
• Analyze client requirements, workflows and configure tailored software solutions that align with business processes.
• Lead technical sessions with clients to gather system requirements and identify needed integration points.
• Ensure seamless testing and integration with client systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide hands-on solutions to meet project deliverables.
• Develop and deliver training to client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a client-facing enterprise application implementation consulting role.
- A degree or diploma in a post-secondary technical program or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven software implementation experience, including workflow analysis, configuration, integration, testing and training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and enterprise software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the dental or health care industry is an asset.
- Up to 40% of Canada, U.S., and international travel to support team members at client sites or to attend industry conferences and events.

Compensation & Benefits
The posted range for this position is between $ 80,000 CAD - $93,500 CAD which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
