How you’ll make an impact
The focus of this role is the administration and automation of IT and Microsoft 365 for Henry Schein One across both Australia and New Zealand while working closely with the Global IT support team. This role is based at our central South Yarra office and you will be part of a global team responsible for the administration of the various IT systems within Henry Schein One, procuring and configuring new IT equipment, and supporting our people as IT related issues arise. This role also covers automation of the administration, monitoring and support of services and applications in M365, and related products and technologies used by Henry Schein One.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact to provide enterprise level 1 and 2 desktop support for Henry Schein One people in Australia and NZ.
- Support the Global IT team to provide desktop support for all members of the Henry Schein One family, as required
- Manage the end user interactive areas of the M365 environment and day-to-day operations
- Work with the Customer Support Team to help administer the call centre software and telephony systems.
- Partner with the Global IT team to manage and maintain the Global IT platform based on defined security and operational baselines
- Automate the administration, monitoring and support of all cloud products and services to streamline business workflows
- Drive adoption of M365 technologies and tools
- Engage with external service providers
- Perform routine audits of systems and software
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding any issues and resolutions associated with M365
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for technical issues
- Build partnerships with all of our people at all levels within the company
- Ad-hoc duties as required
What you’ll bring with you
- 2+ years of working with increasing complexity and responsibility in the M365 cloud
- Good current and general knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, InTune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows)
- Understanding of best practices for configuring telephony systems such as Talkdesk or Noble/Alvaria.
- Understanding of best practices for managing customer support ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- Understanding of best practices for introducing and integrating new Microsoft cloud technologies into an enterprise
- Understanding of information security and best practices
- Be Innovative, responsible and reliable
- Strong attention to detail with regards to thoroughness and security
- Self-managing and proactive
- Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft 365 and other relevant industry certifications preferred
