Clinical; AI‑powered diagnostics and note-taking, giving dentists an extra set of expert eyes on every x‑ray, further detecting subtle signs across conditions and boosting clinical accuracy in seconds.
Practice Management - Automating everything, ensuring dental practices get admin done quicker! Payments, Workflows & Patient Management, 3rd Party Integration, Reporting and Staff Instant Messaging.
Patient Experience - A digital-first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments - all from their own device. No more old-school phone calls and paper forms.

What You'll Do
Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability that support our continuous delivery practices
Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
Writing tooling to support our self-service automation portal to improve visibility for engineers
Creating and maintaining innovative, automated solutions, tooling and alerting frameworks to improve the reliability of our production systems
Proactively addressing application, platform and database performance as we scale to global regions (and supporting our product engineering teams to do the same)
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless application deployment
Building and maintaining developer tools that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate software delivery.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues proactively, always looking for opportunities to optimize and automate.
Assisting with on-call rotations and processes
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, onboarding materials, and training sessions to help engineers quickly adapt to tools and workflows.
Educating, training and promoting our culture of ownership to help our engineering teams better understand the production impact of their changes
Working closely with internal partners and teams to ensure that we ship software that meets security, SLA, and performance requirements
What You'll Bring With You
Senior-level engineer with strong experience across both product Development and Operations
A proven track record of working with a breadth of AWS services
Evidencable experience as a software engineer, crafting commercial solutions in related tech stacks (ideally C#, Ruby or Typescript)
Credible knowledge of IAC practices with AWS CDK (preferred)
Experience with monitoring and observability solutions such as New Relic (or similar)
Evidencable experience in improving application stability and performance
Well-versed in containers; AWS ECS (preferred) or Kubernetes / Docker
Strong experience in automating infrastructure, testing, and deployments using tools like Ansible, Chef, GitHub Actions, etc.
Desirable: AWS Solution Architect certification
Desirable: Knowledge of large data sets and data warehousing capabilities
Desirable: Experience with AI tools and techniques to improve engineering effectiveness
Senior-level engineer with strong experience across both product Development and Operations
