Purpose
To train customers in the use of our software products within their working environment. Where applicable to configure the systems to meet the customers’ requirements and to provide training for them to make best use of the software and understand its full capability. To learn and train all new products as they become available.
What you'll do
Database Setup & Remote Installations
· Setup new customer databases and conduct the remote installation of these databases as required
Knowledge of product & Services
· Understand the functionality of all company products including EXACT, Dentally plus option products such as but not limited to Online Booking & Examine Pro, and Clinipad.
· Understanding of all services offered by HSO
Training
· To train the practices in the software purchased. Your role is to train, (note: any hardware related problems/queries will be sorted by the support helpdesk and/or hardware maintenance companies). Relevant tools of the trade will be provided (Laptop/Projector, Course materials etc)
· Be prepared to see the job through and be empathic to clients and their staff, as this can be a very difficult time for them.
· Ensure the practice has an understanding of our support processes for their post-training period.
· NOTE – This position has a high component of travel
Additional Responsibilities
· Attend and demonstrate at Industry shows as requested.
· Attend HSO User days.
· Trainer utilisation report accurately filled out and passed to TL at the start of each month.
· Onsite documentation filled out by staff/trainer and dropped in CRM Online survey passed to client - this would be measured by the feedback.
· Training Calendar: Always kept up to date.
· Office days – you will be expected to work in the office preparing or updating training documentation, on the Support help desk to assist our customers, or to assist the FIT team as required.
· E-Learning – Participation in the development and deployment of E Learning content as required.
What you’ll bring with you
Experience:
· Training experience and or a training qualification
· Dental experience will be an advantage.
· Previous experience working away from home as a sole representative of a company is advantageous.
Education:
· Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
· Excel, word and CRM skills essential
· At least 5 years work experience within a business environment
· Highly efficient
· Excellent planning & organisational ability
· Proactive approach to work tasks
· Excellent communication skills, both with External customers and with Internal teams
· Proven attention to detail and processes essential
· Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry would be helpful
· E Learning Development skills would be helpful
· Training and/or Dental background required
