Challenging – You're happy to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and bring independent thinking to discussions and decisions.
Driven – You thrive on delivering results, managing competing priorities, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Influential – You can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, using data and insight to shape thinking and support decision-making.
Detail-Oriented – You have high standards for accuracy and quality, combining a keen eye for detail with the discipline to produce reliable, decision-ready financial information.
